2 x Administration Officer Roles Available Located in East and North suburbs in Adelaide! My clients within the transport and manufacturing industries are looking for a strong administrator to joing their team.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to
Answering phone calls and responding to emails in relation to customer enquiries
Liaising with customers regarding their orders
Update communication in portal and flag with relevant departments
Coordinate with production regarding lead times and delivery
Data entry - organising manifest and con notes for delivery
Follow up with customers with any issues and solutions to rectify
Coordinate deliveries for optimal scheduling and efficiency.
Dispatching both reactive jobs and planned jobs and monitor for timely completion
Raising purchase orders , organising credits and updating forecast on customer orders.
Skills and experience should include
Demonstrated experience in strong negotiation skill
Ability to use judgement to making quality decisions under pressure
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to use initiative
Microsoft office - especially spread sheeting and use of ERP systems for quoting and invoicing ( SAP highly desirable)
Ability to meet deadlines and process of handling conflicting priorities
Written and oral communication
Creative and innovative solutions and presentation skills
Strong business acumen with analytical evidence to support
