The Role and You
The school is seeking an experienced and motivated Performing Arts Administrator to join the school's vibrant community. In this role, you will support the administration, operations, and staffing needs of the Performing Arts Program, playing a crucial role in maintaining its vitality and organization. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, event administration experience, and a keen interest in the Performing Arts. Those who are enthusiastic about contributing to the vibrant Performing Arts culture of the school and have a calm demeanor with excellent organizational abilities, are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Diploma or tertiary qualifications in office administration or equivalent, or relevant experience
- Experience in a similar position within a school environment, preferably in Performing Arts or Music
- Intermediate to advanced MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
- First Aid certification (level 2 minimum) and Anaphylaxis Accreditation
- Current valid Victorian Working with Children Check
