Founded in 2021, we have been growing rapidly with no signs of slowing down! Operating predominantly in the residential insurance repairs sector, our work is fast-paced and will see you managing a variety of jobs in any one day.
Trade Co is looking to diversify our portfolio and expand into high-end residential and commercial projects. To support this growth, we are seeking a full-time Administration/Repair Coordinator to join our team, based out of our newly renovated Head Office in Fortitude Valley.

Key Responsibilities
Our coordinator will be responsible for the following;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Providing support and guidance to our customers
- Managing small value insurance repair claims from start to finish.
- Scheduling appointments and diary management.
- Working in a target based (KPI) environment.
- Triaging claims and liaising with trades to schedule repairs.
About you
- Previous experience working within the construction industry would be advantageous (but is not essential)
- Previous experience working in a high-volume administrative environment or call centre.
- Strong written and verbal skills, confidence to answer and make calls.
- Excellent customer service and ability to handle a variety of stakeholders.
- A talent for problem-solving and providing fast and effective solutions.
- You are a team player in the business of people and service delivery. You are someone who wants to give the best experience possible.
