With warehouse lending facilities in place and a growth mandate, you will work closely with the CFO to manage the group’s liquidity, as he delegates the treasury function to focus on business growth. Key tasks shall therefore include:
- Leading two Accountants focused on reporting and risk management.
- Manage the group warehouse facilities whilst developing partnerships.
- Building positive beneficial relationships with lenders.
- Analysing current functionality to manage and build efficiencies.
- Oversee debt, compliance, and liquidity reporting.
- Forecast cash requirements and manage treasury risk.
- Manage hedging change and adjustments to balance volatility.
- Present recommendations around strategies and pricing terms.
Your treasury and securitisation experience will have been gained in a lending environment where you have had direct exposure to building relationships and generating positive financial solutions. This role would suit an aspiring Group Treasurer looking to take responsibility for the next stage of their career.
