Back Country Bliss Adventures is currently expanding our team and seeking a motivated Reservations & Administration assistant. This position has been reviewed and we currently require someone in our Port Douglas Office 2 - 3 days a week with the potential of moving to part-time employment at a later date.
This role is responsible for bookings & inquiries, email communication and overseeing all day to day operations & logistics, liaising with suppliers, and support of management.

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a small team
- Highly organized and efficient
- Available to work weekdays with weekend coverage from time to time.
Requirements:
- A High level of skill in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation
- Advanced Mac OS proficiency and comprehensive computer skills
- Experience using Rezdy or similar reservation database (desirable)
