Role:
The role of the Administration / Sales Support Assistant is to provide high-level Administration and Sales Support to both the Members and to the team of NGS Crypto. With plenty of ongoing training, the responsibilities within this role vary therefore there is a need to develop a strong understanding of the businesses processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Below are the type of responsibilities your could expect:
- Inbound Sales Support inc. Identifying the call's purpose, directing enquiries where appropriate i.e. Sales, Compliance, Customer Support etc.
- Everyday Customer Care e.g. Assisting with new Members i.e. Onboarding from Initial Mining Agreement through to Settlement (Member & Third Party Engagement)
- Sales Support to the team where appropriate, to ensure effectiveness and time-efficiency i.e. data entry, appointment setting etc.
- General office administration i.e. Office supply orders, Office supplements etc.
- There will also be varied Administrative duties for Senior Management.
Required Skills:
- Competent computer skills.
- Confident, well presented and well-spoken
- Competency in email etiquette and general business level communication.
- Have a genuine desire to learn and develop new skills and knowledge.
