Administration Secretary to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy school office. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.
Duties include:- Telephone and email management;
- Administration of filing and online management systems (eMinerva);
- Assisting School Leadership with various administration tasks;
- Parent portal administration; assisting with organisation of school events and activities;
- Creating weekly school newsletters;
- And first aid duties (First Aid certificate required).
You will have at least two years administration experience; sound Microsoft Office skills, display proven communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
