NT Property Maintenance is a rapidly expanding local Darwin based company, which specialises in all aspects of property maintenance and Electrical Contracting. We currently have a full-time position available for an Administration / Service Coordinator, to work within our Darwin Office
As a Service Coordinator, you will be required to provide high level support to the manager and team at NTPM. The successful applicant will need to have:
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide assistance over the phone
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing duties
- Attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Capacity to take on new challenges and think logically
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Accurately handle all incoming calls in a professional manner
- Coordinate and assign workflows within maintenance software with support from the Service Manager
- Able to obtain quotes and correspond with suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams and co-ordinate ordering, purchases, follow up on logistics to ensure products are made available in the given timeline for projects and clients
- Collate all invoices, purchase orders and complete data entry into the accounting database
- Maintain registers with accurate and up to date information
- Experience working within the Electrical and building industry preferred but not essential
- Provide general administrative support across the office as required
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar service or scheduling role.
