Geology Manager is now required to help drive the Geological elements of the DFS.Reporting direct to the Project Director, the
Geology Manager will be responsible a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to:
- Working within the DFS Executive team, provide high level strategic input into all geological and associated matters.
- Management and mentoring the geology team on all aspects of geology, including geological models, resource modelling, geostatistical methods, resource estimation and procedures.
- Ensuring seamless integration with other technical disciplines, such as mine planning and processing.
- Management of the Kalgoorlie office and all site-based pre-development work necessary to prepare the site for a FID.
We require a Geologist with a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience including Greenfields exploration, resource/reserve definition and open pit mining. This critical role will require demonstrable capacity for superior leadership and communication skills.
