An internationally renowned mining organisation that focusses on the development and extraction of base metals is seeking an experienced Site Administrative supervisor to work in North West QLD.
Your new role Your new role will be on a 4/3 roster. The commute base is either DIDO from Mount Isa and Cloncurry or FIFO from Townsville and Brisbane flights, meals and accommodation provided during roster period. A key component of this role is managing and leading a team of 6 administrators.
Position required capabilities and knowledge:Ability to use emotional intelligence to effectively communicate, empathise, defuse conflict and overcome challenges
Ability to Understand and interpret data analytics
Proven ability to operate with minimal supervision
Knowledge on SAMs/Workflow or similar travel management systems
Attention to detailWhat you'll need to succeed
Qualifications Skills and Competencies;Minimum 5 years of Administration experience in a leadership position (site based preferable)
A high level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite
SAP or similar business system experience
Certificate III Business Administration or higher
Certificate IV Frontline Leadership
Manual Driver's LicenceWhat you'll get in return
