Job description

Responsive Support Solutions are a disability service provider supporting adults and children in Ipswich, Springfield, Logan, Brisbane, Townsville and surrounding areas.  We offer high-quality and meaningful support that focuses on the individual assisting people to reach their goals and expectations.

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Administration Superstar to add to our amazing team.  This is a part-time role 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday and based in our Ipswich office, full-time considered for the right applicant.

There will also be regular periods of after-hours on-call support every 3-4 weeks.

  • A natural ability to problem solve and work autonomously

Duties to be performed:

  • Reception tasks
  • Initial shortlisting of support workers and booking interviews
  • Reference checks
  • Rostering/Shift fill
  • Audit and compliance support, ensuring all documentation is up to date
  • Booking training as required
  • Data entry
  • Payroll support
  • General administration and office asks as required and directed
  • Regular periods of after-hours on-call (approx. every 3 to 4 weeks)

Requirements:

  • Preferred - personal or professional experience within the community services sector
  • Required - NDIS workers screening check or willingness to obtain
  • Required - Working with Children check (blue card) or willingness to obtain
  • Required - High level of motivation, organisation and autonomy in role
  • Required - A can do attitude and willingness to help the team
  • Required - Ability to follow processes
  • Preferred - Experience with Microsoft Office
