The Administration Supervisor is accountable to the Officer in Charge (`OC') of the Human Resource Development Branch (`HRDB'), through the Manager, Business Operations. The Administration Supervisor has complete oversight and supervision of the ASO2 Administration Team ensuring that quality service standards and key performance measures for the team are met and a prompt and accurate level of customer service is provided to internal and external clients in accordance with local policies, guidelines and procedures.
The Administration Supervisor provides a confidential, professional, clerical, financial and administrative support service to the OC, HRDB. The Administration Supervisor role is to support the Manager, Business Operations and provide oversight of the ASO2 Administration Team. The Administration Supervisor maintains and updates databases, maintains records, coordinates identified SAPOL events and is the first point of call for enquiries.
Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
Salary
ASO3 - $66,590 - $70,968 per annum.
