- $43ph + super
- Immediate start - Initial contract through to 30th June 2024 with likely extension
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Working with Children Check required
Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support services to support the management of daily teaching and learning operations and the student journey as well as the smooth running of activities
- Assisting with the maintenance of records and databases including educational systems, finance system and student management systems
- Contribute to preparation of reports
- Responding to correspondence and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email
- Managing team inboxes
- Coordinating meetings and workshops, taking minutes and action points
- Researching and drafting documents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience with TAFE NSW or other Government organisations is highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience taking meeting minutes and action points
- Proficient in use of the Microsoft Office suite particularly in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Thrive in managing varying tasks and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Aptitude for learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team
- People orientated with an ability to develop strong relationships
