AddressHuman Resources are looking for an Administration Support Officer to join their team. You will assist and provide administrative support for the Human Resources Team at Bayside Health Service to ensure the effective delivery of a professional service to management and staff. Human Resources includes industrial/employee relations, occupational health and safety, staff culture and wellbeing.

About the Role
- Perform general administration duties including word processing, formatting, photocopying, data entry, paperwork dissemination, filing, arranging calendar appointments, booking meeting rooms and other tasks as directed.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Knowledge of (or the ability to acquire knowledge of) myHR, SAP, Riskman, WSSAP and other related software/systems.
