Who are you?
We are looking for a Dynamic SuperMum or someone who wants flexible part-time hours and thrives in a busy work environment.
A small office in Underwood, we can provide a unique and diverse role to keep you busy and mentally challenged every day. As we only have a small team of staff, you will be expected to fill the gaps wherever needed.
Some of your task will include but not limited to:
- Answering phones, taking client leads and contacting clients to book in measure-ups and job site details. Update lead sheet and record data
- Creating meeting minutes and reports, after weekly meetings
- Marketing - follow up leads and have an understanding of what needs to be done to maximise our client base. Facebook & Linkedin user an advantage.
- Contract and Warranties - to clients before and after work complete
- Back up our Operations Manager - job folders, Swms and safety paperwork to be completed. Some scheduling of staff and work will be involved. Any knowledge of the Contruction industry an advantage.
- Update job board weekly
- Office filing and job breakdown.
- General office duties - ordering stationery, staff amenities etc.
Qualifications & Experience
- Exceptional communication skills required for phone work and emails to clients and suppliers, and interoffice communications
- A knowledge of WHS in the construction industry a huge advantage but not essential. You will be working with SWMS and WHS requirements for each job site.
- An understanding of Google ads, SEO and general marketing a benefit. Facebook and LinkedIn marketing as well
- Having any previous experience with Master Builder contracts and warranties an advantage.
- Ability to go with the flow and a happy disposition - it can get really hectic for a small office, so you will need the ability to diversify within your role
What we offer
- Part-time or Flexible casual hours required - must be able to work Mondays
- 4 Days per week 9am -2pm - Days can be flexible, hours can be earlier or later

- Additional learning - once you master your admin role, there is opportunity for you to learn our scheduling and/or Xero accounting.
