The role is responsible for supervising and/or performing the administrative duties which support the provision of health service delivery; including the scheduling of health-related appointments (to ensure patients receive healthcare within contractual timeframes), maintaining patient health records (including maintaining confidentiality and security of the records) and the provision of activity and other reporting requirements. The ASO Team Leader assists the Health Services Manager and/or Primary Healthcare Team Leader in the overall organisation and operation of the GEO Healthcare facility. - Demonstrated understanding of office procedures.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
- Experience in and/or aptitude for coordinating the activities of a small team.

- Experience with a variety of computer applications, including MS Word and Excel.
- Good keyboard skills, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.

- Completion of (or willingness to undertake) a Medical Terminology Course.
