This is a full-time Monday - Friday position. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling administrative tasks for the sales team
- Liaising with clients, agents and other admin staff
- Creating proposal documents, open home packs, pre-list kits & agency agreements
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients to the office
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff
- Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area and meeting rooms
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders as needed
- Assisting with any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office
We are seeking someone who is positive, proactive and enthusiastic about helping and supporting others.
As this is an administrative role, proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and keen attention to detail are essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a polished appearance, are highly valued.
Preferred experience in customer service, administration, or real estate will be advantageous.
