About the Role

  • Assist staff and patients and visitors in the work unit as requested and respond to general customer inquiries over the phone, email and in person utilising excellent customer service skills and providing courteous professional services.
  • Lead and support the Emergency Admin team by developing and maintaining a highly compatible and supportive working team environment.
  • Review work practices and develop procedural guidelines for the local team to ensure best practice. Resolving day to day operational issues within the team by identifying and managing and planning contingencies with an ability to recommend and implement changes to improve service delivery.
