Your new role
As the Administration Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our administrative processes while providing top-notch client-focused services. This role will see you collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier administrative support that exceeds customer expectations. On a daily basis you will coordinate the effective operation, supervision and
distribution/completion of tasks within the Administration Team.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, fostering collaboration and open communication. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged, driving continuous improvement and performance.
- Working in and maintaining filing systems, undertaking data entry, and updating databases in which ever system required including and not limited to the CRM, Insphire, Nav etc
- Allocate tasks, provide training, and ensure compliance with administrative processes. Coordinate various administrative functions including sales, procurement, record-keeping, and more.
Drawing upon your proven experience supervising a team this will be complemented by your first-class verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels. Other desired skills and experience include:
• Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead change and drive performance while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills, advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Suite), and the ability to coordinate workflow effectively.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
