Are you ready to take the reins and lead our Admin Team at Look Now Training? We’re on the hunt for an energetic and detail-oriented RTO Administration Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our management team, ensuring processes, systems and administration procedures, are compliant and run like a well-oiled machine.
What You'll Do:
Leadership: Provide support, guidance and leadership to our amazing Administration Team.
Systems: Maintain electronic databases including Student Management System ensuring data integrity and currency of data – including submission of AVETMISS data
RTO Administration: Lead RTO administrative tasks, supporting trainers, management, BD and our finance team.
Processes: Ensure RTO Administration processes and procedures are compliant, user-friendly and monitored.
Reporting: Oversee monthly reporting requirements and unit completions in consultation with management.
What You Bring to the Table:
• RTO Experience: You have extensive RTO Administration experience and understand the compliance requirements in the VET Sector.
• Leadership: Ability to create and maintain a positive, fun and productive team culture
• Attention to Detail: Nothing slips past you; your meticulous nature ensures precision in every task.
• Task Prioritization: Master at juggling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and smashing team and individual goals.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional at conveying ideas, planning meticulously, and executing processes and procedures flawlessly.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in administrative tasks with a knack for using various systems and applications, especially Student Management Systems.
• Pressure Handler: Capable of thriving under pressure and managing multiple priorities like a pro.
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with LNT and JPC Management and team members.
• Problem Solver: Quick thinker with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
