Administration Trainee

Building Industry Training Pty Ltd is a growing leader in their field and operating RTO, servicing clients including over 1200 apprentices/trainees throughout Queensland. Due to continual growth, we require an experienced administration person to join the team to carry out the following tasks:

• Answer telephone calls 
• Customer service
• Data entry
• General Admin duties such as filing, file preparation, printing, emails etc.,
• Providing support for trainers and assessors
• Creating / editing basic word documents

The successful candidates will:

• Have great data entry skills
• Be a fast accurate typist
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent phone etiquette 
• Have attention to detail
• The ability to follow predetermined systems and procedures
• Be a team player
• Enjoy a fast-paced office environment
• Previous experience in an RTO is highly regarded but not essential
• Exposure to a Customer Relationship Management database is highly regarded but not essential
