Building Industry Training Pty Ltd is a growing leader in their field and operating RTO, servicing clients including over 1200 apprentices/trainees throughout Queensland. Due to continual growth, we require an experienced administration person to join the team to carry out the following tasks:
- Answer telephone calls
- Customer service
- Data entry
- General Admin duties such as filing, file preparation, printing, emails etc.,
- Providing support for trainers and assessors
- Creating / editing basic word documents
The successful candidates will:
- Have great data entry skills
- Be a fast accurate typist
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent phone etiquette
- Have attention to detail
- The ability to follow predetermined systems and procedures
- Be a team player
- Enjoy a fast-paced office environment
- Previous experience in an RTO is highly regarded but not essential
- Exposure to a Customer Relationship Management database is highly regarded but not essential
