Administration Manager

Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, cleaning and project management services to a diverse range of sectors, including defence organisations, schools, offshore projects and remote resources industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join the Team at our Cannon Hill Office in Brisbane.
The Position
Working closely with the Central Administration Team, Senior Management, and the Operation Teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the administration of contract compliance through the following;
- Producing and reviewing reports
- Development of contract policy and procedures
- Development of contract training modules with the Compass Group Safety, Health, Environment and the Client Quality Management Systems.
- Management of Central Administration Team
The Person
- Extensive experience in Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy
- Demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring QMS programs in a multi-service environment
- Detailed knowledge of applicable legislation
- Management skills and training
- High level report writing skills
- Experience in Facilities Management environments is highly desirable
