An exciting opportunity exists for a fixed term Trainee Administration Officer to join our Office of the Director Planning, Environment and Community Service (PECS) team based in Moranbah. Reporting to the Executive Coordinator – PECS, this position provides support to the PECS Executive Director Office and broader PECS team.For this opportunity, we are open to seeking applications from candidates who are interested in undertaking a full time, part time or school-based Business Traineeship.
- Full Time Traineeship – 12-month duration
- Part Time Traineeship – 24-month duration
- School-Based Traineeship - 24-month duration

We are seeking an enthusiastic person who possesses:
- Sound level literacy and numeracy skills.
- Basic numeracy, keyboard, telephone technique, written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of basic computing concepts.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
- An understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (highly regarded).
