Supporting their continued growth in 2024, you will assume responsibility for the Accredited Dealer and prefab Networks in Queensland, after successfully completing a comprehensive induction and training program. As the Sales Executive your focus is to provide support and initiate growth within these networks, ensuring compliance and delivery of the highest level of customer service. You will conduct regular business reviews and implement strategies to deliver financial outcomes for Dealers in your territory.

You have a strong desire to help those around you succeed and think outside the box to ensure targets are met. Ideally you have B2B and B2C experience within the trade or building materials space. Most important you are passionate about sales and driving continuous improvement.

- Multi site management experience, preferably in a franchise or dealer model
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Development position
- Superior interpersonal, oral and written communications skills

The OTE for this role sits at $140K - $150K, which is made up of a base salary of $90K-$110K, super, vehicle and bonuses.
