Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 Recess: 1 hour (13:00 – 14:00)
Annual salary range: Commensurate with experience + Superannuation

Job Description:
1. Assistance with accounting
2. Assistance with administration
3. Assistance with reception duties
4. Handling of telephone enquiries
5. Other duties as required, including those of other sections
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Applicants must be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident
2. Basic Microsoft Office and typing skills
3. Native-level Japanese and business-level English language skills are required
4. Demonstrated communication and administrative skills
5. Ability to perform effectively and cooperatively within a team environment
6. Professional telephone manner
