About the role:
▪️Based in Singleton
▪️Provided on the job training and development
▪️Full time, Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
▪️Diversity, opportunities, personal growth and a friendly team environment
Tasks will include:
▪️Answering phone calls & responding to customer enquiries via emails
▪️Data entry
▪️Scheduling jobs and creating jobs
▪️Electrical data applications (training provided)
▪️Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form
▪️Arranging post and deliveries
▪️Ensuring reports are sent to clients
▪️Updating computer records using a database
▪️Maintaining office systems
▪️Liaising with suppliers and contractors
▪️Liaising with staff in all departments. Working closely along side the Managing Director as well as the Administration team
