THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $57,369 - $61,947 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: 1.0 EFT
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Contract of employment to 31 December 2024.
Become an integral member of our Apprentice Central team as a full-time Administrative and Customer Service Officer. In this role, you'll coordinate processes and systems to ensure the effective administrative management of student enrolments, registrations, and support. Your contributions will be central in providing quality Customer Service to both internal and external clients.

ABOUT YOU
You will have:
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a demonstrated capacity to respond to enquiries in a courteous manner.
- Excellent organisational and office administration skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the MS Office products, internet-based applications and database management software and systems.
- Knowledge of student administration and related systems would be a valuable advantage.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
