Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, redirecting as necessary.
- Process sales orders, manage customer queries, and provide administrative support.
- Support sales efforts, including generating quotations and managing customer accounts.
Knowledge:- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.
- Understanding of Customer Service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Italian food products is a plus.
Skills:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for data processing and administrative tasks.
