Freedock Pty Ltd T/As Elders Insurance Esperance is the Elders Insurance agency in Esperance where we currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.
This position offers you a development opportunity with potential for career progression with a leading Elders Insurance franchise and a competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
The role
We are looking for a new ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to add value to our already successful team. You will be fully trained and mentored in company practices. Duties will include:
- Administration support including filing, data entry, mailing and assisting the team as required.
- Front desk duties including answering calls and directing customer enquiries accordingly.
- Processing insurance quotations, new business, renewals under the guidance of Client Account Managers.
You
To be successful in this role you must be able to:
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input
- Have good organisational skills
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances
- Obtain Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance
