The opportunity:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, team player to join our administrative team on a permanent Full-time basis. Working 38 hours per week, across Monday through to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
This role offers you the opportunity to commence or grow your administrative career, in a family run business. You will join a collaborative and supportive administrative team based in Bayswater, Victoria. Our close-knit team of six administrators support our operations by completing a range of tasks including but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Job loading
- Client billing
- Processing Invoices
- Ordering Supplies
- Receiving office deliveries
- Answering Office phones
- Other Ad-Hoc Admin Tasks
Do you have?
- Previously used Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn new things (including new computer systems).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.
- A Team player who is eager to learn.
