About the job
This role will provide administration support to our Workshop Team.
You will work closely with the Branch Manager and undertake a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure the accurate and timely planning, and monitoring of operations.
This role will serve as a key liaison between the operations, customer experience and finance teams.
What you’ll do
- Daily use of our CRM system and scheduling systems to create bookings, quotes, and jobs
- Coordinating repairs
- Provide follow up reports and continually update our customer
- Update of Excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate paperwork including work orders and purchase orders
- Administration of invoicing and paperwork
- General administration and support tasks as required by Truck Tech NSW
- May be required to take on ad hoc duties as assigned by management
About you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise, and effectively multi-task and manage workload
- Proactive problem solver, working within timeframes with the ability to prioritise workload to meet appropriate deadlines
- A ‘’can do’’ attitude and willingness to help where needed.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Solid experience in administrative duties, procedures and systems, including document control, data entry and file management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills; high level of initiative and problem-solving skill capacity
- Demonstrate a strong sense of trust and a high level of confidentiality and integrity
- Innovative and technologically savvy – ability to highlight any potential improvements in current systems, processes and procedures
