What you will be doing?
This role is responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in the running of events administered by the Catholic Arts Office based in Doubleview.
This is a temporary (leave replacement) position commencing 5 February 2024 and concluding 6 December 2024.
Due to the nature of the business and events being coordinated the working days of this role is as follows:
Term 1 and Term 4: working 4 days per week. No requirement to work during the school holidays, annual leave to be taken. This is two weeks in April and two weeks in September/October Holidays.
Term 2 and Term 3: working 5 days per week, including working during the July school holidays. Leave Without Pay from 9 December 2024 to 31 January 2025 (7 weeks).
About You?
- Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including a professional, courteous and helpful telephone manner.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures including reception, meeting preparation and office equipment.
- Proficient computer skills particular with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook, Filemaker Pro is highly desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, work independently, set priorities, and follow instructions with focus on results and high attention to detail.
