NoosaCare is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for our General Manager, Clinical (GMC). This is a newly created role, supporting primarily our GMC and our clinical and care teams in ensuring all of the administrative functions are undertaken to an exceptional standard. As a Administrative Assistant for the Clinical team at NoosaCare you will:
- High level of communication skills.
- Provision of excellent and confidential administrative support.
- Undertaking tasks including (but not limited to) accurate minute taking, reporting, data input and export from various electronic platforms, accurate record keeping, multiple diary management.
- Be compliant with all documentation requirements, including resident and finance information.
- Actively participate in appropriate learning and development opportunities.
- Work in a high performing team and efficiently carry out a variety of tasks and assignments.
- Work closely with the GMC to ensure that they are well advised of upcoming commitments and follow up as required.
- Ensure the GMC is briefed on any workplace issues.
- Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- Extensive use of Microsoft products and high level of proficiency in electronic data platforms.
- Maintaining the document control of all Clinical electronic platforms including Complispace and LeeCare.
- Draft all correspondence as directed by the GMC.
- Support project management.
- Manage meeting requirements including booking rooms, developing agenda’s and completing minutes.
- Undertake the development of reports including (but not limited to) collating information for board reports, clinical reporting requirements.
- Manage GMC diary.
- Carry out any other tasks reasonably assigned to you.
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience in providing Administrative support.
- Friendly, positive and empathetic attitude.
- Qualifications and/or experience in business administration.
- Strong work ethic and an empathic attitude and the ability to provide high quality service.
- The ability to be accountable, working both as part of a team and autonomously at times.
- Strong and diverse communication skills.
