MostynCopper is a Project Management firm providing consultancy services to the construction industry, acting as a trusted advisor to our many varied clients across the Commercial, Education, Sports & Hospitality, Specialty, Remediation, Residential and Health & Aged Care sectors.
Our business continues to grow and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our team of 55+ people located in Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Perth. The role is varied and no one day will be the same.
Working out of our offices in Sydney CBD and offering 25 hours over 5 days, the role will best suit someone who is:
- comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- a self-starter who can think on their feet and be a problem solver,
- an ideas person and general supporter all at once,
- able to multi-task and identify priorities, and
- work autonomously.
As Administrative Assistant, you will support the Office Manager in ensuring all aspects of workplace support is provided, enabling our Project Management team to focus on delivering our clients needs and exceeding their expectations. We will assume strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite and would favourably view a working knowledge of Smartsheets and other business supportive applications.
