Purpose
In this full-time role (School Term- time), you will be able to work across the Human Resource (HR) and Professional Learning (PL) Departments as an Administrative Assistant and other duties as determined by the Principal. Experience in Human Resources and Professional Learning is not required.
You will have:
- A demonstrated capacity to design documents with excellent formatting, accuracy, and creative style.
- An ability to be flexible, adaptable and solution focused and to improve administrative practices.
- A mature, courteous, and collaborative style of communication that aligns with our school ethos and values.
- A capacity for confidentiality and management of confidential information.
Skills Required:
- Capacity to design documents with excellent formatting, accuracy, and creative style.
- Accurate and adept typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Forms, Spreadsheets and OneDrive.
- Able to learn other applications as required such as Teams, SharePoint, Mail jet, Linked-In.
- Database management.
- Accurate filing and record keeping.
- Courteous phone manner with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated previous experience in an administrative role.
Job Description:
- Working hours would normally be 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday but with the flexibility to work 8.30 to 4.30 pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays if required.
