We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the technical services industry and are seeking to employee an energetic Administration Officer to become part of our team.
We are looking for vibrant and keen Administration Officer . We want you to be enthusiastic, positive and take ownership in this role.
The successful applicant will act as a point of contact for all service technicians, providing administrative support and managing inquires. Main duties include data inputting, helping to complete reports as well as liaising with the technicians If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, we would like to meet you.
Skills and experience
Our ideal candidate would possess:-
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service
- Extensive experience in data entry
- Must Have extensive Excel & Word Programs
- Willing to carry out general administration duties
The position is for a permanent full time role.
The successful applicant would be working 5 Days per week 8:00am - 4:00pm in the North Rocks Area.
