About the role:
Engage in comprehensive administrative responsibilities, including managing the main reception phone to provide exceptional service by promptly responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and addressing patient needs efficiently.
Facilitate service requests via Chime by efficiently managing booking schedules to streamline operations and enhance patient satisfaction.
Scanning, auditing, and organizing files involving disassembling, reviewing and preparing them for seamless transition to our nursing staff.
Manages our fleet of vehicles allocating them to our clinicians through our scheduling system.
Provide Administration support to our other Community Health Service sites.
In this role you will be available to work Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm.

- You will be part of our dedicated dynamic CAPAC Team, consisting of a Service Manager, Nurses, Allied Health, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, and Administrative Officers.
