Seeking a flexible, highly organised individual for administrative support for the senior management team of our organisation. Your role will to be assist the CEO, Finance Manager and Area Manager weekly to complete administrative tasks that are consuming time better spent on business growth. This is a newly created role and will quickly become integral to operations.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Supporting with financial tasks in Xero, assisting with implementation and ongoing maintenance of employee-based software.
- Supporting management by preparing agendas, minutes, and actions, coordinating reports and documentation, and scheduling meeting/activities
- Managing shared inboxes
- Participating in relevant project teams, providing support and input as needed.
- Identifying opportunities to support project monitoring, administration, and communication.
- Assisting with internal organisation, document database and maintenance
- Assisting with errands when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Managing CEO’s calendars, including travel arrangements
- Fulfilling other administrative duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience in administrative roles
- A professional and personable customer service demeanor
- Familiarity with Xero is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
- Exceptional computer literacy, particularly in Excel
- Ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines.
This is a role for a highly organised person, who can prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively communicate. You will need to be able to process information quickly and use software installed to file documents from many varied arms of the business. You will be the go-to person for management to assistance when required. This will be a fast-paced role that will evolve over time as the business grows.
