ABOUT THE ROLE
To provide high level timely administrative support for a range of functions supporting the Asset and Infrastructure team in all property matters and the Coordinator Cleaning and Waste Management with the cleaning of all NSW Ambulance buildings across the state to a high standard in a busy working environment. This includes Ambulance Stations, Control Centres, Education Facilities, Office Accommodation as well as State Headquarters.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
- Demonstrated experience using electronic purchase order and invoicing system (Oracle) in line with NSW Government purchasing guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and initiate action.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a work team to support effective coordination of work.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated applied ability to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret client/customer needs and is sensitive to the differences in the needs of individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and initiate actions to complete complex tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in high volume work office environment
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and communication skills, able to work within time constraints and prioritise tasks according to the needs of the organisation.
- Awareness and understanding of Work Health and Safety standards relating to cleaning
