We are currently seeking an Administrative Services Manager to join our team.
The role is very hands on and operational in nature. You will need to be highly motivated, have excellent organisational and time management skills, be able to work autonomously, have a positive 'can do' attitude, be able to focus on solutions, have great attention to detail and excellent verbal and communication skills.
Reporting to the Directors, the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Recruitment, onboarding and organising staff training
- Day-to-day management of staff and operational matters, including managing staff absences and leave management
- Management of support staff, including performance management where required
- General systems policies and procedures management
- Ordering and maintenance of office equipment
- Ensuring practice precedents are up-to-date
- Be the office representative on internal working groups to help drive process and system improvement
- Responsible for updates to website and social media announcements
- Management of functions, Uni Job Fair and charity fundraisers
- Liaison and trouble-shooter for all office IT-related issues
- Handle building maintenance issues and compliance with rent contracts
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated organisation and planning capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
