As a newly created role this position has room for someone to learn and grow within our clients exciting Commercial Property Investment business! As a highly professional Administrator you will work Director and the office Executive Assistant. This is an Administration role initially but does have the opportunity to develop into an Executive Assistant role should this be the direction you wish to take your career!
As a dynamic, articulate and considered candidate we are looking for someone who collaborates with other team members and brings new ideas to the table. Being a person that isn’t shy to speak up and contribute would therefore work in well with the team. We are looking for someone highly professional, polished, organised, and someone passionate about a career in Property.

- You would need to hold a DL as there will certainly be errands to the Post office or to purchase specifics for the office.
- We would like someone with 2 years’ experience in a similar role (or close to).
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking after the boardroom and greeting visitors, making them feel welcome and making them a tea or coffee.
- You would also look after the day to day running of the office. I.e. consumable orders, stationery orders, ensuring the front of house is neat and tidy.
- You would assist with the office admin when required. For example, the onboarding checklists for new starters and setting up desks for new starters etc. Scanning and filing assistance.
- You would also assist the Management team in organising client and internal gifts as well as Team events and internal workshops.
