Form of workDFR Commercial are experiencing huge growth within their property management department and are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our long-standing loyal team by taking care of one of our high-end medium portfolios consisting of private owners.
Our new Property Manager will report to DFR’s hands-on Licensee. They must present themselves in a professional manner at all times. They will have great communication and interpersonal skills and with a focus on providing optimum results for our clients.
Our Property Manager is responsible for the management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers. Duties include:
- Regular property inspections and preparation of Property Condition Reports
- Attend to and resolve maintenance issues
- Accurate record keeping and data base management
- Maintain variable outgoings and arrears management
- Approving accounts for payment
- Preparation of Annual Budgets
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years experience in Property Management
- Your WA Property Management Registration
- Hold a current WA Driver's license
- Have your own registered and reliable motor vehicle
Ideally, our Property Manager will be proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel. Plus have knowledge of and experience in using Realform and Cirrus 8. Other real estate software knowledge and experience would be taken into consideration.
