They are looking for an experienced administrator, to join their close knit team as a Property Administrator. This role would suit someone with an interest in pursuing a career within Commercial Property management.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Supporting the financial reporting on the portfolio
- Invoicing and accounts
- Coordinating maintenance
- Liaison between landlords and tenants
- Leasing administration
- Compliance administration
- General administration support
- Previous experience within real estate or property desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be financially astute with good attention to detail
- Enjoy problem solving
- Be highly organised and admin savvy
- Maintain a high level of presentation
