The Opportunity
- Provide excellent customer service to our external clients
- Deliver admin support to your team in sales, service or tech support
- Maintain accurate databases and documentation
- Handle enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders etc
- Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications
- Coordinate services on-site or off-site
About You - Essential
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service focus
- Reliable and a team player
- Time management skills
- Clear communicator both written and verbal
- Must have current work rights in Australia
About You - Preferred
- Experience in mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics
- SAP experience or exposure
