We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Adelaide. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet visitors and clients, and ensure they are comfortable during their visit
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, and keep inventory records up-to-date
- Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times
- Assist HR department with the onboarding of new employees
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
