This position requires that you must have had previous admin experience (min. 2 years preferred) as well as excellent time management, administrational and organisational skills, be multi-skilled & able to work under pressure, excellent computer knowledge and exceptional telephone and communication skills, have an eye for detail, and be proactive with initiative, good business acumen and sheer common sense.
You must be well presented, punctual, reliable, ethical & honest, dedicated & committed, self-motivated & a customer service orientated focussed individual, where nothing is too much trouble & everything is done with a smile and you are prepared to go the extra mile before being asked to.
Your duties may include (with initial training provided), but not limited to: all receptionist duties such as greeting clients, answering of phone and handling client queries (both sales & rentals), preparation of agreements, contracts and Form 1s, advertising & marketing, newsletters, database management, direct mail outs, bank deposit receipting and other general office responsibilities.
Must be capable & driven in implementing and maintaining systems & procedures to streamline operations.
An advantage will be (but definitely not essential), you possess previous real estate office experience and/or hold a Cert .IV in Property or Business (Real Estate). However, you must have (or be willing to obtain) a Property Manager Registration (License), so you are able to completely fulfill your role & assist other staff members within their roles and later further your own career. (The PMR course is done all online and at your cost).
You must have reliable transport to get to work on time and a current drivers licence to be able drive company cars when required. Current police check will be required by the successful applicant(s) only.

Preferably a full-time position, but as we are looking for a few attributes in this role, 2 part-time applicants may also be considered for the role.
