Position Overview:
Located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills suburb of 'Crafers', our client is on the look out for a confident operator to support the Office Manager in a wide range of in-house administration and customer service related activities.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, providing assistance and directing inquiries as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors.
- Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing customers and posting payments.
- Utilise your amaing interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members across departments.
- Financial data entry and record-keeping.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Office Manager
Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fleet Management experience - Not essenttial
- Ability to work in an office with close proximity to work colleauges all day
- Experience dealing with manufacturing companies and distribution centres
