Hours and roster
You will enjoy a wide range of flexibility in this role and working in a fully supportive team that work together to ensure the work is complete to a high level.
- 38 hours per week (enjoy flexible start and finish times)
- Monday to Friday
- Work from home 2 days per week
- Required to work from the office on Mondays and Thursdays (plus one more day)
The role
This role is ideal for a HR graduate currently studying or recently finished their studies in HR. For those with growing administration skills (2+ years exp) this role would also present a great opportunity to forward your skills.
Duties in the role include;-
- Managing the onboarding process of new employees, transfers and promotions
- Accurately inputting new starter information into the Workday system
- Prepare and send out "New Sarter" packs and new employee documentation (which includes laptops, mobile phones, backpacks & merch along with PPE or uniforms
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the onboarding system "Enboarder"
- Maintain employee records on Electronic Employee Files on SharePoint
- Complete audit checks on the various platforms used in the team
- Support line managers with IT accounts orders, software orders, mobile phone, PPE orders etc
- Trouble shooting support for all new starters
- Work closely with the payroll team to ensure a smooth transition for new starters in the business
- Maintain and generate information in the recruitment database for monthly reporting
Your value
You will ideally come from a HR degree qualified background and show keen interested in gaining experience with a global OEM entrenched in the mining and construction industry. A strong administrator looking to forward their career will also be viewed favourably in this role. Some of your other skills will include;-
