We have a rare opportunity for an experienced and capable Administrator/Marketing Assistant to join a successful business in the electronics industry.
This business located in the Hornsby area is in need of a strong support person to assist the Marketing Manager in marketing and administration duties
Key responsibilities will include:
- Front end maintenance of website as well as updating documents and product images on the website.
- Monitoring and updating supplier lead times
- Updating their database and creating contact lists
- Assist with written and visual material for presentations and customer requirements.
- Creating Presentations / Quad charts and policies
- Updating company ERM Database
- eNewsletter campaign creation and management
- Organising attendance at trade shows
- Minute taking
- Using photoshop, design-based software and Mailchimp
