We are looking for a dynamic Administration Officer with a 'çan do attitude' to support the Carrum Downs office.About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for day-to-day administration within the Customer Care Hubs. You will be work closely with Project Coordinators, Managers along with internal claims administrators, consultants, local authorities, surveyors, builders, sub-contractors, property owners and insurance companies to manage the delivery of quality repairs. You will need to a team player, have good written and verbal communication skills.Responsibilities Taking calls and responsing to customer queries Provide administration support and assist with scheduling Updating project files and systems Sending out work orders to internal and external trades Attitude, Skills and Experience Good administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in fast paced environment with multiple priorities. Ability to record accurate notes in internal and external systems. Experience working in a insurance, building, trade environment would be desirable but not essential.
